The first webinar of the series ‘Staying out of Trouble in 2022/23’ took place on the evening of 11th July and was hosted by Brian Westbury, Academic Dean Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine. In this webinar Brian discussed how to handle and prevent complaints, providing insight into how to resolve them quickly to reduce risk.
Feedback from Brian’s webinar was extremely positive, with 80% of delegates giving a score of five out of five for how useful they found the content of the webinar. Furthermore, 76% of delegates said they would recommend future All Med PDI education webinars to their friends and colleagues.
